Private etiquette courses
Learn French etiquette, elegance and deportment during our private courses either in one of our castles or via video conference.
Courses themes : introduction to French etiquette and good manners, French hosting and dining etiquette, elegance and deportment for ladies and gentlemen, social graces.
Participants :
- In person : 1 to 12 persons ;
- Video conference : 1 to 2 persons.
Courses length : minimum 3 hours in person and minimum 1,5 hours via video conference.

Etiquette stay
in a castle
Enjoy several days in one of our castles to learn French etiquette, elegance and deportment, discover (and try) local products and craftsmanship and experience the traditional aristocratic French way of living during a fancy gala dinner with a live musician.
Courses themes : introduction to French etiquette and good manners, French hosting and dining etiquette, elegance and deportment for ladies and gentlemen, social graces.
Optional : activities around the castle such as bike rides, museum or historical visits, hot-air balloon flight (depending on the location), traditional butlers, vintage car drivers and so on.

Bérengère de Monbois is a French etiquette and deportment consultant.
She attended the prestigious Swiss finishing school Institut Villa Pierrefeu and followed the teaching of Mrs Kelley Ann Yates of Lady Etiquette LLC.
In the pursuit of excellence, Bérengère still continues her research work as well as her training.
At Académie des Bienséances, we offer you, more than a simple course, a true immersive experience in the world of the famous French savoir-vivre, where every detail has been carefully thought of.
Bérengère doesn't pass on a discarnate knowledge, only dedicated to a certain social background or to certain events but focuses on offering a truly significant learning of French etiquette, elegance and deportment.
